Recently my husband, son and I went to help Grandpa harvest down home. My husband may not call it down home but that may be because he wasn’t raised there. But I digress.
We all had a great time. Mason and I would spend time with my family while Austin drove the combine for Grandpa. I love riding in the combine, you’ll notice I didn’t say driving the combine because there are way too many buttons for me to even attempt it. I would hate to have to tell Grandpa that I broke a piece of machinery that cost that much.
Instead I did what I do best. I cooked, watched the brat, gossiped with family and took photos. I think I had the best time of any of us.

I love all the hand prints all over this wagon.

Just gotta love a wagon with a name like this…

For the most part we are a John Deere family. I am short and so I love the angle of this one. I was trying to stand on my tip toes in the middle of a harvested corn field trying to get the right angle and not fall over. Thankfully no one was watching me…
